Frequency varies. Expect 1 to 3 messages daily during active sequences.

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or QUIT to opt out immediately. You may also email us with your phone number for processing within 2 business days. Marketing opt-outs do not affect transactional messages.

Standard carrier rates apply to all SMS and MMS messages sent and received. JorrDaar LLC does not charge additional SMS fees.

Carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on network availability beyond JorrDaar FZC LLC's control.
8h. Privacy & Data Use
Phone numbers are not sold to third parties. Numbers are shared only with GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for message delivery. Opt-in records are maintained in compliance with applicable regulations.
8i. Regulatory Compliance
We maintain full TCPA compliance with express written consent, A2P 10DLC registration, CTIA Messaging Principles adherence, and CAN-SPAM Act compliance. We do not cold text. Every contact has explicitly opted in.
8j. WhatsApp Communications
WhatsApp messages are sent from +971 58 584 8502 and are governed separately from A2P SMS regulations. Reply STOP or email us to opt out.
All platform content, features, design, software, and trademarks belong to or are licensed to JorrDaar LLC. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without express written consent.
Asset ownership on cancellation: Funnels, automations, and configurations you built remain your property upon cancellation, with full export rights granted.

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Meta, Google, WhatsApp, Stripe, and GoHighLevel. Each operates under its own terms and conditions. JorrDaar LLC is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. JorrDaar LLC makes no guarantees regarding lead generation outcomes, revenue results, or return on investment from the use of our services.
JorrDaar LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total payments received from you in the preceding 6 months.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JorrDaar LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Either party may terminate services per the applicable service plan terms. JorrDaar LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately and without notice in the event of any breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be escalated to the courts of Dubai.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JorrDaar LLC regarding use of the platform and services, superseding all prior understandings and agreements.
