Who runs this site

jorrdaarllc.com is the site of JorrDaar LLC, the growth marketing firm founded by Digital Pratik. The company is Jorrdaar FZC LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates.

In this policy, "we" means Jorrdaar FZC LLC. The personal site of our founder, digitalpratik.com, has its own policy.

What we collect

When you readYour IP address, browser and device, the pages you open and the site you came from. Our host and the Meta Pixel record this.

When you request a consultationYour name, email, WhatsApp number, your company revenue band, your answers and the time you pick for the call.

When you join our notesYour name and email, where on the site you signed up, and the pages you read here before you signed up.

When you write to usWhat you send us by email, WhatsApp or any other message.

When you become a clientThe SOPs, files, reports and logins you share for your build. Your agreement with us covers these, and we use them only for your build.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and to run the consultation call.
To see if we are the right fit, and to send a polite reply if we are not.
To plan, build and run the work you hire us for.
To send the notes you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who visited, and to see if the ads work.
To stop spam and fake requests.

We use your data because you said yes (when you send a form or sign up), because you asked us to do something (like a call or a build), or because we need to run and protect this site.

Who helps us

These services handle some of your data for us, each under its own privacy policy. Some of them keep it outside the UAE, for example in the United States or Europe.

VercelHosts this site and keeps short server logs.

MetaThe Meta Pixel counts visits and measures our Facebook and Instagram ads.

TelegramA consultation request reaches our founder as a private message.

SupabaseKeeps consultation requests in our own private system.

Google CalendarShows which call times are free. It never receives your details from this site.

ResendSends our email replies to consultation requests.

KitSends our email notes and keeps your sign up.

AnthropicHelps our founder draft a welcome email to a new notes reader, from their name and the pages they read. He reads and edits it before anything is sent.

Cookies and your browser

Light or darkRemembers the look you picked. It stays in your browser.

Reading trailYour last 30 pages here, kept only in your browser. We get it only if you send a form or sign up for the notes.

MetaThe Meta Pixel sets its own cookies, to count visits and measure ads.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. You can change the ads Meta shows you in the ad settings of Facebook or Instagram.

How long we keep it

Consultation requests and call notes: up to 3 years after we last spoke, then deleted.
Client build data: for as long as your agreement says, then returned or deleted.
Invoices and payment records: as long as UAE tax law asks us to.
Notes list: until you unsubscribe.
Server logs: a short time, then our host removes them.

Your rights

See the data we hold about you.
Fix anything that is wrong.
Delete your data.
Stop us using it for ads or emails.
Get a copy to take somewhere else.

Email team@jorrdaarllc.com from the address you used with us. We reply within 30 days.

If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office, or to the data protection office where you live.

Keeping it safe

Only the people working on your request or your build can open your data, and every service we use protects it with encryption. Logins you share for a build are kept out of shared chats and documents.

No system is perfect. If your data is ever exposed, we will tell you.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes and contact

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
